- Lead the planning and implementation of a training program and employee development initiatives,New hires to Sr. Leadership Team.

- Ensure training is delivered to all new employees according to the training plan.

- Conduct progress reports by tracking .

- Conduct sessions with Supervisors, Managers and Directors to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training and real world application of training, training program & employee development

- Devising a training strategy for the organisation.

- Align training with the organizations strategic goals.

- Should create and manage a training budget, ensuring that operations are within budget.

- Develop and implement training programs

- Train and develop first line and middle level managers in the organization on their development needs

- Work with the Engagement Leads and Managers to meet and exceed their expectations on the training requirements as a Learning Partner

- Drive a culture of learning and development within the engagements

- Build awareness and interest in global curricula and e-learning in engagements

- Support in content development activities including new content creation and refreshing existing content

- Drive L & D team goals and KPIs - global as well as local, in line with the organization's strategic direction

- Identify training needs based on Individual Development plans arising from the Performance Management process, Competency Framework in the organization, Employee Survey, Customer Complaints, and needs identified by engagements.

- Translate training needs into a robust offering from L & D in the form of a training plan and a robust monthly / quarterly training calendar

- Work closely with HR Business Partners on career management and employee development

- Run Development Centers and ongoing plans to close gaps

- Talent Management - Support in Development and Assessment centres as Assessors

- Manage large scale L&D projects

- Provide learning consultative support to engagements by identifying needs, planning solutions and ensuring effective execution

- Be a part of the business reviews and provide learning intelligence using learning dashboards

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Min 8-10 years of core L&D Behavioural training experience - professional & leadership development (Classroom & Virtual),Overall experience can be between 10-12 years.

- Candidate should be existing Manager Training & handling a team of AM and trainers in international BPO.

- Knowledge of content development using the ADDIE methodology

- Knowledge of L&D practices

- Excellent communication skills and experience in managing people

- Program management experience and organization skills

- Hands on experience of leadership interaction (review meetings)

- Comfortable in handling data and dashboards

- Instructional Design certification

- External L&D certifications

- Psychometric tools certifications (MBTI/DISC/HPI etc)

- Assessment Centre & Development Centre experience

- Competency Framework
