Job Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities would be as follows:
- Leading the marketing team in execution of short-medium and long-term in-bound and out-bound sales & marketing plans. The tasks shall include on-line as well as field level activities.
- Managing all the social media marketing initiatives, vendor enrollments, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product/service positioning.
- Managing the marketing plan of its designated area which shall include supply chain management, meeting revenue and expenditure targets as well as recruitment of required sales teams.
- Overseeing the marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or through outsourced agencies.
- Monitoring market, customer and competitor trends and advise management on ways to develop and sustain company competitiveness. Driving campaigns for SEO and SMO.
The ideal candidate for this profile will be someone:
- Experience in start-ups is a must
- Innovative & Out-of box thinking ability
- Experience in Internet & Social marketing activities would be preferable
- MBA with 5-10 years experience
- Strong writing skills - good grammar, knowledge of current events is a must
- Strong creative & communication skills - Must be able to work with in-house/outsource creative team on content
