Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative activities encompassing equipment procurement, maintenance, housekeeping, safety, security, and employee induction.
- Lead and manage the admin team, including contractual employees in housekeeping and security, ensuring performance management, engagement, and motivation.
- Plan and prepare monthly finance reports for office infrastructure and facilities maintenance.

- Oversee repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, vehicles, and building.
- Manage procurement, implementation, and operations of security and surveillance systems, including vendor management.
- Establish and maintain processes, documentation, business controls, audits, statutory compliance, and asset management.
Requirements:
- Holds a Master's degree in Operations or Business Management, demonstrating advanced qualifications.
- Brings 12 to 16 years of hands-on experience in Facilities management and administration, indicating extensive practical expertise.
- Has led teams for a minimum of 5 years, showcasing strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in managing global stakeholders, with adaptability and effective communication across diverse backgrounds.
