A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- In the role of a Senior Talent Development Lead, you will partner with HRBP's and business leaders to identify opportunities to support the growth and development of teams and individuals across Organization. Once the opportunity is identified, you will lead the efforts to create and deliver solutions that drive business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess organizational/team/individual performance needs
- Conduct appropriate needs assessments, including analysis of relevant qualitative and quantitative data points, to understand engagement, productivity, business results, environmental factors, etc. to identify root cause of issue/challenge
- Validate findings with respective HRBP and business leaders in order to create a business case for recommended talent solutions.
- Design and deliver learning and talent development solutions based on BU or global needs
- Consult with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to propose recommendations to address business needs and performance gaps
- Design offerings with the ability to personalize processes and offering to diverse audiences with varying needs and learning styles.
- Create end-end documentation, presentations, and other learning assets
- Provide superior facilitation of learning solutions regardless of delivery method (face to face, virtual, etc.)
- Lead on the collaboration between departments and teams in order to create new solutions that aid our vision of GROW, arbitrage differences and harmonize needs where necessary
- Program manage the delivery and rollout of Talent Development solutions
- Create and manage the project plan to ensure a successful rollout/implementation of talent development solution.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create communications and marketing assets to advertise solutions that promote participation and adoption based on learning objectives.
- Influence business leaders and key stakeholders to role model behaviors and promote programs that drive participation and adoption.
- Evaluate impact of Talent Development programs and initiatives
- Partner with the business unit leadership team, Head of TD, Head of TM and People Analytics team to identify metrics to measure the success and impact of talent development solutions.
- Continually monitor the impact of the talent development program and use data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide appropriate reporting to relevant business and HR stakeholders along with recommendations for continuous improvement efforts.
