Job Summary:
- PnL ownership of the business, Identify new products, capabilities and partnerships to grow the business
- Own the GTM for various product & services and drive execution excellence to achieve company's strategic vision
- Drive strategic innovation across the business (including product, marketing & operations) and pursue them to foster business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors to ensure smooth business operations and delivery of products & services.
- Ensure that the organization's operational policies are compliant with all regulatory requirements
Experience:
- 10+ years of overall experience in managing PnL (or consulting background) in a fast paced environment.
- 6+ years of experience in Insurance space
Educational Qualifications:
- B Tech, MBA from premier institute.

- Strong customer orientation and ability to partner with businesses and form good working relationships
- Ability to work independently, lead team and contribute to cross-functional teams when needed
- Thrives on working in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
