Job Description:
- Head - Seller Intelligence and Strategy looks at internal analytics and processes relevant to the seller development function including but not limited to seller acquisition, assortment gaps etc.
- The person would also look externally at the industry trends, global best practices and learnings.
- In addition to that, he/she would take the lead in the development of short and long term strategy for the function and also monitors the progress and implementation of agreed key strategic initiatives.
- Create relevant strategy basis hard analytics and industry intelligence
- Monitor and drive implementation through collaboration and in cross functional teams
The Successful Candidate: The candidate needs to have the following:
- 8 + years of relevant experience in the field of Strategy
- B.E/M BA from Tier 1 college
- The candidate should have worked on Statistical tools such as SAS, VBA etc earlier in his career
