Head - Security & Surveillance Business - Smart City

Job Responsibilities :

- The role holder is responsible for our Smart Cities vision, strategies and tactics and will be focused on the introduction of solutions for the management of security and surveillance business.

- This business is a profit center and this role holder will have P&L responsibilities to the tune of 300-500 Mi USD and will build this service offering for the company.

- He would be accountable for increasing the profitability of the business.

- Actively coaching, managing and developing team members.

- Facilitating strategy discussions in broader teams across businesses and functions.

- Increasing the division's strategic business awareness by leading people development, training plans and recruitment.

- Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities within the business.

- Working in partnership with all business areas and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed customer requirements and specifications.

Candidate Profile :

- We are looking for a highly talented and qualified professional who has a domain expertise with the following criteria.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferable - Electrical/ Electronics). A Master's degree with an excellent academic track record is a plus

- Atleast 20 years of proven track record of creating significant impact in multinational organizations and should have dealt with projects/P&L worth 300MiUSD or more.

- At least 5 to 10 years of experience working with or within larger (SMART) cities and/or proven track record of creating significant impact in multinational organizations.

- Should possess detailed understanding of the security and surveillance products and execution within SMART Cities.

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

- A willingness/flexibility for business trips when required.

- Good background in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in renowned organizations.

- Excellent people Interfacing and communication abilities.

- Good Understanding and Exposure in the construction companies will be a definite plus.
