Head Security (Female Candidates Preferred)

- Graduates / Post Graduates from Armed Forces background, having experience in the corporate sector, preferably at Pan India or Asia Pacific level, responsible for / experience in :

- Security, Fraud, and Vigilance

- Implementing security policies and data protection laws in business

- Monitoring & implementing the security policies & procedures

- Formulating Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan

- Conducting investigations in case of security breaches

- Coordinate with respect to Security installations, Security budgets, and related requirements

- Deployment and performance of security personnel

- Ensure conformance to contractual requirements, company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines

- Liaisioning with local Post and Govt. authorities

- Plan and manage monthly, quarterly & annual budgets

- Optimal utilization of resources thus ensuring cost-effectiveness

- Ensure protection of Employees, Applicants, physical assets, and information assets

- Track Regional political security scenario and possible threats to Business, assets, employees and take concrete and proactive steps

- Safety drills & ensure communication of necessary safety measures to all employees

Candidates having experience at Pan India or Regional level (Globally), with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and ability to deal across all levels and coordinate with multiple stakeholders as well leading a team is a must.
