Head of SEO (B2C, eCommerce)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement holistic SEO strategies tailored to elevate redBus's visibility and organic discoverability, directly contributing to our mission of making bus travel accessible to all.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a dedicated team of SEO specialists, content innovators, and tech wizards, cultivating a culture of creativity, precision, and operational excellence.
- Undertake exhaustive keyword research and competitive analysis, crafting content blueprints and campaigns that resonate with our diverse user base and their unique travel needs.
- Steer comprehensive optimization efforts, spanning both on-site and off-site SEO realms, including but not limited to technical enhancements, content optimization, and strategic link-building endeavours.
- Champion a collaborative ethos, working hand in glove with our engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO principles in website architecture and feature rollouts.
- Employ rigorous analytics to monitor, scrutinize, and steer SEO outcomes, translating data into actionable strategies for iterative improvement and sustained growth.
- Navigate the evolving SEO landscape with agility and insight, adopting avant-garde tactics to safeguard and elevate our search engine standing.
- Administer the SEO budget with strategic acumen, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment across SEO and content marketing ventures.
- Empower the SEO squadron with knowledge and skills development opportunities, promoting an environment of continuous learning and peak performance.
- Foster cross-functional alliances, embedding SEO wisdom across marketing and broader business strategies, to amplify our collective impact.
