Head - SAP Implementation - Finance Domain

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and oversee multiple SAP implementation projects within the finance domain.

- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on SAP solutions and finance best practices.

- Assemble and lead a team of SAP consultants, finance experts, and technical specialists.

- Ensure the quality of SAP solutions and adherence to finance industry standards and regulations.

- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements analysis to post-implementation support.

- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements to executive leadership and clients.

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and deliverables.

Ideal candidate :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (8+ years) in SAP implementation leadership roles with a focus on finance. Candidates from Big6 will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Financials modules and solutions.

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

- Deep understanding of finance processes, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and client-facing role.
