SAP COE - HEAD for a Conglomerate  Opportunity with a Large Indian Multinational Conglomerate  Location : Mumbai  Role : SAP COE HEAD  Job Context :   - Most of the Group businesses runs SAP as their transaction System. This is a increasing demand to have system generated reports & MIS, maximize SAP usage, implement best practice & standardization.  - Improve quality of product and services and get business benefit out of any process improvement or SAP implementation / rollouts/enhancements. Also businesses have requirement to connect their vendors & customers for optimizing inventory, increase reliability and transparency.  - There is also need to manage internal & external business partners to ensure quality spot & services In this role the requirement is to have a SME for SAP functional areas providing governance for functional & technical expertise to manage world class SAP solutions & caters to constantly changing business need from SAP functional area perspectives.   - The role requires collaborating with various teams for support, new projects to deliver world class service levels for the business.   - Collaborate with teams to determine the strategy and plan for system implementations and upgrades.   - Participate in business process evaluation / improvement activities and provide expertise in requirement gatherings design, development test, and system implementation.  - Support advise assist guide SAP team to resolve process issues.   - Work as business partner with client users to evaluate / improve business process and arrive at mutual cost effective solutions.  - Participate in the evaluation of business partners/applications for implementations/support of the right solution/product.  - Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project deadlines.  - Coordinate communications issue resolution, implementation & testing plans training plans and successful transition to support & maintenance teams of architecture & operations activities  - Drive continuous improvement of SAP processes and SLA for areas of incident, Problem and Change management
