We are hiring for one of our Healthcare Services client, Review Job role and apply.

Position: Head Sales (Western Region)

Location: S V Road, Santacruz (W)

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Industry Background: Hospitals, Clinics OR Diagnostic Centers (National chains preferred).

Age: 30+

Organizational Expectations:

- To develop then sales strategy for the assigned region and to deliver on the agreed business plan & sales in value, volume and product lines.

- Able to build long term relationships & credibility with clients, be focused on solutions that add value to our clients and meet profitability expectations.

- Brings existing relationships that open doors & close deals from targeting to contracting.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced in B2B - Solutions- sales, comfortable in influencing decision makers at - C- level to HR, CFO, CEO, and Procurement & the like.

- Good communication skills.

- Good documentation skills (Presentations, Excel etc.)

- Good collaborative team player.

- 10 years sales leadership experience with companies dealing in Healthcare, Insurance, Corporate Vouchers, Food Coupons, Employee Benefits or similar products.

- Preferably a Post Graduate with good language skills.

- Ethical, with an un-questionable level of integrity.

Job Description:-

- Build a strong team for immediate and mid-term growth; manage team objectives, development and succession planning.

- Define priorities for self and the team & for the team, organise reviews and drive performance.

- Create - Prospect List- of Corp. Clients, matched to Company's Products to be pitched.

- Identify, Meet, Negotiate and Close Corporate Deals with Companies
