- Formulate and coordinate annual sales and cost budget plan.
- Responsible for achieving the agreed sales and profit objectives and expense control management.
- Responsible to establish, maintain and improve relationship with important Customers.
- Initiates new product developments in conjunction with the Business Units based on market or customer information.
- Develops business opportunities and grows current business base.
- Performs an active sales role and visits customers together with local sales teams.
- Tracking, measuring, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
- Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the service industry
- Candidates from banking, super premium retail, wellness (services) industry may also apply
