Head - Sales - Vehicle Loan

Qualifications and Experience :

- Total experience of 8-12 years, with a minimum of 3 years in a Strategic Alliance Role.

- Background in fintech, NBFC, or insurance distribution within the last 2-3 years.

- Experience in sales or channel management in digital lending or co-lending is essential.

- Preference for candidates with experience in Mortgages roles in BFSI Sales, Bancassurance, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management.

Key Competencies :

- Strong business development and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Technology.

- Travel readiness and willingness to build and expand the partner network.

- Leadership skills for managing a small team of Channel Managers.
