My client is seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of Sales for a US market to sell financial regulatory products.
This role involves defining and designing future business plans and selling software licenses to business enterprises targeting banks, credit unions, brokers/dealers and universities in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and size the market for financial regulatory-related software products.
- Develop a comprehensive database of potential customers within the financial sector.
- Segment customers into subgroups based on their specific needs.
- Create tailored marketing and sales plans for each customer segment.
- Build and manage sales channel partners.
- Establish and lead a sales organization.
- Schedule and organize conferences, seminars, and webinars for target executives.
- Generate interest in our offerings through pilot programs and test initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate from a prestigious institute such as IIM.
- Extensive experience in global sales, with a focus on the US market.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proven track record of working in the US or extensive business travel to the US.
- US-based education is an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to relocate to or be based in Chennai.
