Head Sales - Micro finance for a Bank in Oman, Muscat.

10 years experience with a Micro Finance bank, having handled non-collateral funding to SMEs .

Current CTC 25-30 lacs, Max age 40.

- Responsible for business growth and maintaining portfolio quality

- Manage the sales team's achievement of sales targets

- Manage and guide the sales team in their task of prospecting and selling RE products to business customers.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from customer contact till final sale to achieve desired sales conversion ratio, turnaround time and credit quality

- Manage to have a good quality of lending with low NPA rates.

- Prepare and manage annual budgets for the business
