Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales objective
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Responsible for supporting the sales managers by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information and resolving problems
- Set employee goals and objectives & monitor daily basis activity of all state managers
- Competition Analysis - Analyses the competition information to build up a picture of competition strategy. Identifies emerging opportunities / threats due to competition action. Recommends action to benefit from the emerging trend. Networks with relevant stakeholders in the region to better understand the competition environment and validation of numbers /trends
