Role Description:
- To head and handle direct and corporate/B2B sales of all training programs provided to IT majors, captives, and corporates
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales relationship management
- Create detailed account maps of major clients
- Grow and maintain relationships with key people in major accounts
- Build and lead a team of salespeople
- To own the sales and profitability targets for the company
Key Outcomes:
- Owning the corporate/B2B sales target for the company
