Job Profile :
- Responsible for the overall knowledge and skill development of RO/RM's and BM's in direct channel.
- Lead a team of sales training Managers, the person shall be accountable for successful on boarding and induction of RO/RM's leading to achievement of confirmation norms.
- Shall work in close coordination with area managers and region managers in identifying key knowledge gaps and shall implement periodic programs to address them.
- Delivering training schedules as per calendar,Meet new FOS Activation target.
Desired Profile :
- Sales Training background with at-least 7 years of a proven track record of performance and people management.
- Proactively seek requirements from area managers and region managers and extend support.
Age preferred : Below 35
