Head - Sales Training - FMCG

- Post Graduates preferably females , with excellent communication skills both written and verbal , preferably from FMCG Industry with prior experience in sales or Marketing and will to and responsible for :

- Define training needs for the sales team along with senior sales personnel.

- Creating, implementing and delivery of training modules for sales team

- innovative methods to deliver professional sales skills training depending on the level of personnel.

- improving the team's knowhow from sales point.

- Participate in sales and marketing different forums to prepare sales teams to perform to their best of abilities.

- Prepare training programs for new joiner's to be able to relate and get them performance ready at earliest.

- Based on performance reports, prepare future course of actions

- improve training content and delivery quality.

- Interact and feedback with decision makers for improving and keeping pace with changes happening.

- Identify qualified service providers.

Candidates passionate, with hard core sales and marketing experience , keen to transfer knowhow / knowledge and help team perform and enhance there skills and growth in organisation. Flai for preparing content and presentations is very essential to the role. Someone with roll up sleeves attitude and working in fast paced environment.
