What You'll Do:
- Design effective and efficient training plan (CRT+ OJT) for new hires
- Conduct training needs analysis and plan training for existing ACs and enhance their skills
- Plan and develop sales training modules to meet the business needs of an agile organization
- Develop sales performance metrics for evaluating individual and team performance.
- Experiment with new training methods to ensure high performance
- Closely work with Sales, Sales Quality, Sales Operations and other departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and sales trainers
- Manage training databases and reports to collectively determine necessary action
What You'll Need:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales Training
- In-depth knowledge of training and sales process and best practices
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
- Hands-on experience with online training and modules
