The position is based in Western Suburbs and reports to the CEO.

Head-Sales:
Job Description: Main KRA would be to achieve budgeted topline revenue realizations. Will lead a team of around 8 sales personnel.
1. Complete and independent handling of the sales function
2. Sales Team Management
3. Achieving Targets
4. Client Relations Management
5. New Accounts Acquisition & Management
6. Forging alliances with major software products companies (for training partnerships) and educational institutes (for offering training programs for them)
7. Building new verticals, such as retail training, academic institutions, e-Learning, virtual classroom, etc.
Candidate Profile: Graduates / Engineers / MBAs with 10-20 years experience in corporate sales / business development in any industry preferably in education / training / IT / ITES verticals. Must have had team-management experience and led a team of 5-10.
