Job Title: Head of Sales

- Location : NoidaSector132 (Work from Office)

- Working Days : Monday - Saturday

- Working Hours : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST

- Compensation : Salary+ Incentives + ESOPs

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales with a strong background in the toy industry.

- The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in sales within the toy or related industries and be skilled in managing and driving sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

- This role requires a results-oriented individual with a proven record of establishing and maintaining partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets within a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the toy industry.

- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring they align with company goals and market opportunities.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.

Team Management and Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to enhance team effectiveness.

- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented sales environment.

Client and Partner Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with potential clients and key accounts.

- Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with major clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Operations and Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring processes are efficient and align with company standards.

- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to make informed business decisions.

- Present sales performance insights to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the toy industry, including market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences.

- Leverage industry insights to identify potential growth areas and introduce new product lines.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5-6 years in sales, specifically within the toy industry or related fields.

- Target Companies: Candidates with experience at Hamleys, Disney, One Friday, Toys "R" Us, or similar companies are preferred.

Skills:

- Proven expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Established network within the toy industry or related markets.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales forecasting
