Leadership Job Opportunity for Head Sales (Township Project)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Heading and driving the Sales team to achieve sales budgets
- Responsible for sales of inventory worth minimum Rs.3000 Crores
- Monitoring pre-sales and post sales activities to ensure accomplishment of projected sales targets
- Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference
- Work closely with team to ensure higher customer experience at site & sales office is best and bring the wow impact in the prospects mind.
- Leading the Deal Closure where the transaction values are high, meeting the customers personally and leading the transactions closure
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with strategic channel partners
- Work closely with Marketing Head and team for lead generation and site activation
- Overall responsibility for marketing initiatives for the luxury projects
- Overall responsibility of tracking leads, customer queries, sales pipeline, customer meetings, negotiations and ensuring deal closures.
- System, process and work-flow as decided by the company to be followed and ensure the team is 100% compliant on this front.
- Work with all stakeholders (Construction, liaison, architects, legal, finance & back-office) to ensure site experience is best and progress of the construction is shared with customers
- Conduct weekly reviews with the team to ensure business plan owned is progressing well and take corrective steps regularly for overachieving the business plan.
- Ensure the business plan and annual targets are attained

- Great Personality with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with high profile clients and Top Management.
- Good networking skills with HNI clients.
- Should be updated with competition and their specs, progress and pricing.
