1. Sales Process Management
- Define and drive a sound commercial growth strategy
- Ensure the sales and account management teams are well-versed in a value-driven sales approach
2. Team Leadership and Development
- Hire and onboard top-tier sales executives with a hunter profile, focused on aggressively seeking new business
3. Performance Management and Reporting
- Implement a sales process with clear sales performance KPIs in order to ensure a healthy pipeline and high conversion ratios.
4. Customer Relationship Cultivation
- Oversee the account management team's efforts in fostering strong, lasting relationships with customers, aiming for high satisfaction and loyalty levels.
