We are seeking a Head of Sales with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams within the system integration industry.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in senior sales and leadership roles, with a strong understanding of system integration principles, methods, and technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closures.

- Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and operations, to align sales strategies with business goals.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement and revenue growth.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and relationship management.

- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
