- Plan Network Expansion - Distributor and Retailer Footprint. Ensure its achievement
- Develop Modern Trade and Institutional Business
- Maintain the sales margin at the levels required
- Gather and report on all market intelligence, competition, project prices etc.
- Developing dealer network, Institutional sales and Govt. Projects
- Brand Promotions - Planning and Effective execution of BTL and Branding activities
- Plan and Roll out Trade Schemes and Consumer Promos
- Ensure best quality of service
- Ensure the database is up to date and correctly maintained
- Responsible for implementing the sales plan i.e. activity and direction
- Recruitment and development of Sales Team for effective coverage and achievement of sales target
- Ensure security of the assets
- Setting up Business Targets for regions - Top line revenue
- Review Sales Team Target Performance - Sales, Collection and Secondary Sales
- Support Product Development team - Plan new SKUs and Categories. Update on Price, aesthetic and feature expectations from a new product.
- Inventory, Supply chain & Model Mix Availability.
- AR control
- Launches : Planning, implementing and organizing New Product Launch, Dealer Meet & Business Conferences
- Coordination with Functional Heads for shared services
- External & Internal networking for business development.
