Job Title : HEAD - Sustainability Services
Location : Mumbai
Purpose of Position:
- The incumbent is responsible for strategizing and growing the company across multiple sectors & market segments in South Asia Region (India, Srilanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh).
- The role also entails growing the company's market share and brand position in the Sustainability / ESG Services related Business segment.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing & Business development for the overall Sustainability Services portfolio offered by the company & develop Go-To-Market Strategy, Industry specific roadmaps, marketing roll-out campaigns & business plans to grow market share.
- Engage leading Companies & Brands in the South Asia Region across a wide range of sectors to identify their specific needs, develop new business opportunities and grow the Sales Opportunity pipeline related to Sustainability Services.
- Work with Business lines, Regional teams and Sustainability Global Service Line teams in customizing solutions to support Clients in meeting their specific ESG objectives.
- Shall remain the Technical focal point to the Clients/Regions /Network countries on co-ordination of all sustainability projects, service delivery and overseeing quality and reliability of deliverables
- Will take the lead to set up milestones, coordination with the respective agencies and involve in the team formation to execute sustainability projects, monitor progress and submit Management Information reports.
- Takes up Project Management activities either directly or through nominated representatives for successful execution until completion and monitoring the post delivery activities.
- Market Intelligence: Remain updated about new sustainability trends & changes in various sectors including competitor analysis & consolidate this to fine-tune Strategy.
- Define Marketing actions to be launched (Social Media, webinars, newsletters, mailings), develop specific marketing documents to promote the services & represent the company in relevant external events in the Region.
- Provide Regional Sales team with necessary technical and commercial support for proposal development for specific Sustainability Service offerings .
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business & directly coordinate some key accounts related Sustainability services
- The position performs in line with the company's Quality Assurance System, including the company Code of Ethics and the company Group policy
Roles & Responsibilities for HSE:
- Responsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group HSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health safety and environment and workmen employment.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSE Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & OSHAS18001:2007 standards) within his/her Region/Location/Team
- Responsible to take reasonable care on health and safety at their own, colleagues and others working surroundings. - Responsible to report promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Health Safety and Environment.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Environmental Science; preferably with Post Graduation in Business Management or Marketing from any recognized University.
- Proven Track record with approx.10+ years in Sales in the domain of ESG and Sustainability Services of which a minimum of 5 years of experience should be in delivering Consulting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Region.
- Comprehensive understanding and expertise on a wide range of Sustainability and ESG topics and knowledge of United Nations SDGs and relevant Certification schemes would be an added advantage
- Experience of working with senior management levels of leading companies in the industry for various sustainability services
- Proven ability to keep multiple teams aligned while executing organizational initiatives.

- Should have good Networking, Persuasion & Selling skills.
- Should be a Go to Market attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
