Head - Sales Support - Direct Channel - Insurance

Role :

- Formulating and implementing strategies and initiatives to achieve the business objectives for Direct Channel.

- Manage back-end sales operation and MIS system by providing robust system to field sales force enabling them drive their business efficiently including including payouts, FOS promotions etc.

- Liaison and coordinate with field sales leadership in ensuring a robust support system to field force.

Desired Profile:

- Overall 12 to 15 years of experience with at least 5-6 years in Sales Support and Strategy role at Corporate Level.

- Insurance Industry experience in Direct Channel is a must.
