Head Sales - Unicorn - Startup
Role - Must Have's :
- Start-up background is mandatory - Ideally from a B2B background.
- Looking for young achievers with a premier institute MBA.
- Looking for candidates with 5-10 years experience in core B2B sales.
- Previous experience of handling and scaling up large sales teams
- Multi geography experience will be a big plus.
- Must be under 40 years of age and with a good knowledge B2B Sales and processes.
The Role :
- Role will be working directly with founders and leadership team
- Part of the core leadership team, will spearhead sales acquisition and operations initiatives.
- Responsible for building teams, driving key process metrics, bringing strong customer focus .
- Will be responsible for strategic partnerships .
- Develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business.
The Person :
- Extremely passionate on sales
- Willingness to part of startup culture
- Ability to see the larger picture
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent stake holder management ( internal and external)
- Young and ambitious - Ideally in the 30-35 age group
- Early joiners preferred.
