Happy to present a sales leadership role with a fast growing Indian Manufacturing company in the speciality chemicals domain.

Candidates in the current CTC range of 40 to 45 Lakhs may only consider this role.

Note - Candidates having experience in B2B sales ONLY from the Speciality chemicals or Home or Personal Care or cosmetic ingredient companies will be considered for this role.

Position: Sales Head

Location - Mumbai

Reporting to: Business Unit Head

Working days: Monday - Friday

Team reporting to position: Sales/ BD team

Main Responsibilities: COMMERCIAL

- Build/review strategic plans, sales/profit forecasts/budget for key account within regional responsibility.

- Identify the organization's future customers, segment them, build and implement customer engagement plan

- Work towards positioning the company as the preferred and most relevant supplier to the customer's core list and targeted briefs

- Develop thorough understanding of customer potential through analysis of the brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition

- Good understanding of concept selling, connect with brand managers at the client and should be able to create new opportunities by highlighting relevant consumer insights (by collaborating with the internal marketing teams at the company)

Main Responsibilities: TEAM

- Manage the activity and performance of the sales team.

- Lead and motivate them to reach and exceed customer expectations

- Work with the management on talent development and succession planning.

- Coaching and developing the team.
