- Guide, motivate and drive the team to ensure planned revenue for the region is generated for sales, service and spares month on month.
- Guide team and ensure a sales funnel is created, tracked and addressed to achieve sales, service & spares targets.
- Review Identification of current and future customer requirements to understand product requirements.
- Wherever necessary make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
- Ensure efficient and timely service is given to customers.
- Understand Business Plan for Current year and ensure execution of Business Plan in respective Sections / Area
Customers Served : Must be from the Food Industry / Beverage Industry
Industry background : Any Equipment (Electro Mechanical / Technical) product which caters towards the FMCG Industry
