Our client is a Product development company which focuses on creating end-to-end Virtual Hiring Solutions using Video Technology hosted on the Cloud.
- Candidate with experience working with software product and technology companies preferred.
- Be responsible for hands-on closing of new accounts and meeting revenue generation goals
- Would be involved in qualifying and targeting prospective customers for the company
- Should be a go getter and have a proven record of achieving the targets set.
- Should have good communication skills in order to make convincing pitches through meetings and presentations to prospects for end-to-end solutions.
- Should be able to carry out prospect requirement mapping, Pipeline mapping, proposal building, prepare required reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal.
- Should be able to network and develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Should interact and maintain relationships with existing customers to enable cross-selling, Up-selling.
- Should initiate and develop rapport with key decision makers and stake holders in target organizations for business development during the pre-sales negotiation stage.
- Should plan for growth and pipeline expansion, monitor and document competitor's activities.
- Organizing & conducting Continuous Performance Development with support of Trainers for educating, skill enhancement & motivation of the Team
Desired Profile:
- Post-Graduation in Business Management.
- 5+ yrs of experience at a managerial level leading a team.
- Experience in concept/solution selling /software selling is preferred.
- Having HR domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management skill.
- Proven history of corporate selling.
- Strong and proven negotiation skill.
- Good Analytical thinking
