Position - Head Sales (Snacks Business)
Qualification MBA/PG Tier I / Tier II colleges & institutes.
Job Role:
- Handle sales and distribution of snacks and portfolio in South markets.
- Sales and Distribution: Responsible for sales (primary and secondary sales and market share), distribution (numeric and weighted, key accounts), market execution.
- Business Process Transformation: Strategize and head the first ever merger of frontline sales and distribution of Snacks and Premium portfolios.
- Responsible for handling a trade spends budget and regulatory compliances like monthly claims, Trade Licenses etc.
- Ecosystem: Ensure partner stability and profitability, new partner identification, on-boarding, retail engagement and customer complaints.
- Business Development : New account development (non-buyers, competitor accounts), in- store & channel-specific growths through focused initiatives.
