Responsibilities :
- Setting and achieving revenue targets for the EMEA region through a remote sales model based out of India
- Building a strong team of sales managers based in India and managing their revenue targets
- Using a mix of partner-led sales approach, direct sales through the existing network
- The role will work very closely with the Marketing and demand gen team on one side, and the implementation team and customer success team on the other side
- The KPI will be net new logos onboarded in the target geographical market
- The ticket size of a deal is generally USD 60,000 to USD 80,000 although some large deals go as high as USD 600k
- Being involved in solutions to see how best Shipsy product can benefit the customer (with assistance on demos etc. from a remote Pre Sales team)
- Giving strategic direction to product managers on product roadmap - based on requirements coming in from potential customers
Requirements :
- The candidate needs to have an excellent grasp of the EMEA market with a proven track record of rapid sales growth
- Integrity, high energy, a team player who is passionate about solving customer problems and building relationships
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Leader selling SaaS and enterprise software in medium and large enterprise environments
- Experience in building and leading global sales organizations, with an ability to inspire and empower teams with the vast majority of them making plans
- Proficiency in sales processes, for qualification, technical proofs, negotiation, on-boarding, customer success, and the full customer journey
- Exceptional cross-organization collaboration and communication skills
- Experience devising sales strategy and developing/contributing to enablement programs to bring new team members up to speed quickly
