Job Description :
- Candidate should come with experience leading pre sales, inside sales and enterprise sales/ field sales function
- 10+ years of experience leading India sales team for a technology product organisation is a must.

Description :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet new business acquisition sales targets in India
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Indian market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in India
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Profile
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success in the Indian market
- Experience managing and leading a sales team in India, managing a revenue of 10+ mil
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and customer behaviour
