Head - Sales - SAARC (Vision care)
NOTE:
1. The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in vision care / eye wear / eye care industry.
2. The candidate must have completed MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Drive Vision Care business (Spectacle Lens) in SAARC countries ( Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives & Sri Lanka) by providing leadership to the local business partners and exponential profitable growth in alignment with over all SAARC strategy and aspiration.
2. Country Potential analysis : market and competitor mapping to understand market dynamics.
3. Gap analysis : Provide inputs on market and customer trends, competition, channel mix effectiveness etc.
4. Customer needs : Track and update technology landscape, competitor play to drive Consumer products
5. Competition : Proactively identify changes in competitive environment to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
6. Product & Price positioning : Drive right product positioning, pricing and promotion strategy
7. Manage big key Accounts / Hospital chains and negotiate purchase agreements and conditions / pricing.
8. Provide effective communication of a clear vision for the future VIS business.
9. Attend industry meetings and conferences as appropriate.
10. Act as a change agent, lead and accelerate Digital Transformation locally in all areas of sales, marketing and supply chain efficiency.
11. Develop and implement a sustainable omnichannel strategy with clear focus on distribution expansion in both off/ online channels.
