Job Purpose:

As a key leader responsible for Revenue Growth for the New Strategic Initiative of Site Visit for a Proptech company, you need to be a strategic thinker and business leader with a focus on driving profitable growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the Go To Market strategies for the business segment You will be responsible to utilise the business portfolio to influence client priorities and create demand for the offering and lead a high impact team to drive such revenue growth targets and expanding our footprint in the customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for New Initiatives programme.

- Collaborate with various stakeholder leaders and teams internally to garner support for successful execution of the growth strategy for the segments.

- Ensure that the execution strategy is in place for achieving a successful market share

- Managing the complete responsibility of Sales for the business PAN India

- Lead, manage and grow the current client base and develop prospective customers to meet goals

- Optimize sales processes and performance to ensure high client retention: Evaluate and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Implement sales tools, methodologies, and metrics to monitor and improve sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion rates.

- Analyse sales data and metrics: Regularly analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.

Job Specification:

- >15 years in B2B Sales and business development with a focus on driving revenue growth.

- Experience of Sales leadership in driving revenue

- Proven experience in B2B selling approaches that require first hand understanding of the client environment and an exhibited ability to alter customer decisions through driving influence.

- Strong change facilitation experience in a client ecosystem, enabling expansion and growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
