Ensuring business expansion and growth through Auto OEM tie-ups, on-ground activations, dealer engagement, and managing SME / MSME accounts for leasing - delivering revenue growth, higher conversion ratios and providing customer delight across customer journey.

1. OEM Tie ups & Dealership engagement

a. Managing existing and new relationships with Auto OEMs

b. Expanding presence with auto OEMs in India

c. Increase lead flow and revenue from OEM partnerships

d. Managing team of dealer-coordinators to drive revenue growth

e. Planning Brand promotions at dealerships

f. Conceptualise and launch leasing products to cater to market demand

2. On-Ground activations / promotions

a. Generating leads and brand awareness through on-ground sales / marketing events

b. Managing & training team responsible for sales and promotions / dealership staff

c. Synergizes with Business Lead to conceptualize & drive loyalty / referral programs

d. Managing strategic tie-ups with external partners / affiliates to drive growth

e. Guides the team to identify bottlenecks in customer journey and works with various teams to ensure timely acquisition of customers

3. SME / MSME leasing

a. Managing SME / MSME accounts for various leasing products

b. Working closely with SME loan team for efficient cross sell and customer engagement.

c. Responsible overall for all closures and renewal of contracts
