Retail Sales Head - Karnataka
The role will be responsible for driving the growth and penetration of clients domestic brands through retail and will include the following:
- Identify opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key channel partners
- Lead sales from distributors and key retail outlets
- Ensure the set sales targets are achieved keeping in view the monthly marketing budget
- Carry out promotions from time to time
- Proactively touch base with clients and provide solutions to their queries and complaints
- Ensure timely payments from partners through proactive follow-up
- Monitor monthly sales analytics and status reports to Management
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate in any discipline with 8-10 years of experience in retail business from the
alcobev industry- Open to Travel and knowledge of Kannada is a must
- Assertive, confident, proactive and result oriented

- Microsoft Office, Excel & good presentation skills
