Retail Head
Annual Business Planning:
- Work along with the B&M team to manage discounting
Compliance:
- Ensure that the retail operation complies with all policies and procedures relating to Security, Health and Safety; influences any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements, ensuring minimum risk to staff and the business.
- Ensure the store design & project completion within the agreed timelines.
Store Expansion:
- Strategize business development plan.
- Ensure Retail expansion in right real estate space on High streets and Malls.
Customer Experience:
- Work along with VM teams to build Visual Merchandising strategies for all Brands for the channel
- Work closely with the Marketing to drive and build strategies to maintain and increase foot falls in the stores
People Management:
- Build and nurture a high-performing team
- Be a custodian of organisational Values
- Identify high-potential employees and train them for higher responsibilities
- Develop and manage a highly collaborative work environment with all stakeholders
- Actively manage the engagement and motivation levels of employees
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage productive and cordial relationship with Internal and External stakeholders
