About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our retail operations across 150+ outlets and drive a revenue of 1000+ crore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale retail businesses, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and profitability, including the expansion of retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
-Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team to ensure high performance and goal alignment.
-Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and objectives.
Retail Operations:
-Oversee daily operations of 150+ retail outlets, ensuring consistency in performance and customer experience.
-Implement effective retail management practices to enhance store profitability and efficiency.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
-Identify and execute opportunities for expanding retail outlets to new locations.
Revenue Management:
-Drive initiatives to achieve and surpass the revenue target of 1000+ crore.
-Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve sales productivity.
-Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
Customer Experience:
-Ensure exceptional customer service across all retail outlets.
-Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
-Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team.
Team Development:
-Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
-Promote a positive and motivating work environment.
Financial Management:
-Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
-Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
-Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar senior sales leadership role in the retail industry.
-Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale retail operations and drive substantial revenue.
-Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
-Experience in expanding retail outlets and entering new markets.
