Our client is a fast-growing Retail-Tech company servicing dozens of most-known Fashion Brands and an overall of 200 satisfied retail brands in 24 countries.
Their unique solution understands customers' behaviour and buying patterns, helps clients increase their sales conversions at record speed while significantly reducing investment in inventory.
We are looking for a talented and experienced person to join as a Head of Sales in India, build a professional sales team in the region and lead all the sales activities in India.
You will be responsible for :
- Building Strategy: Conduct market research, define the target market and go to market strategy
- Directing Sales: Identify sales opportunities, set up meetings with potential clients and identify their pain points and concerns, deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and demonstrate ROI, Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Leading a Team: recruit Sales Reps with the required skill set, manage a team and grow people, construct a training program, define roles & responsibilities, manage individual's plans and targets
- Establishing Collaboration: Identify potential collaborators, sign Win-Win deals, define a training program for collaborators, set sales targets
- Marketing: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Additional responsibilities:
Ideally, you will have prior :
- Proven experience in leading a Sales Department / Sales Organization or relevant role
- Experience in selling value (an ROI deal of a product or service) to retailers
- Experience in the Retail segment (Merchandising or Supply Chain or Retail Operations)
You will be reporting to the VP of Sales (based in Corporate HQ).
