Head of Sales (10-15 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team in the Renewables & Environment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product development and market positioning
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in the Renewables & Environment industry is a plus
