- The Group has been in the housing development sector over last two decades and has established its reputation as a real estate developer that provides Quality of Construction, Safety of Investment and Integrity of Commitment.
- Started in late 80s at a time when quality housing was totally unheard of, the Group has been focused in Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) & surrounding areas with development and construction of residential projects at Greater Noida, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad Gurgaon, Noida & many other states. They are on the verge of expanding & developing more projects in Gurgaon/Noida region too.
- To meet the expansion & growing plans, we are looking for a Head - Sales for their Sales office in Gurgaon:
Position : Head - Sales
Experience : 12-15 years of relevant experience dealing with Sale of Residential (High Rise - Township) & Commercial Projects of large scale.
Education Qualification : MBA/PG
Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for supervision of overall sales activities
- Achieve Sales target and manage collections
- Develop and manage broker network and channel partner network
- Keep check for proper functioning of channel partners
- Develop, manage and mentor front line Sales team
- Should have prior deep knowledge & understanding & network for sale of Residential & Commercial Projects
- Should be capable to initiate sales from Pre-Launch stage
- Understand and review site sales office requirements from time to time
- Generate and analyze sales MIS
- Arrange corporate presentations and meetings for closing bulk deals in various corporate s
- Coordinate with Customer Service / Back office for documentation
Required Skill Sets and Behavioral Traits :
- Out of the box thinker
- Innovative and enthusiast
- Generate/create new ideas, concepts and motivate the team
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of sales planning, execution and competitive analysis
- Understanding the customer, product, client relationships
- Excellent communication skills and good educational background
- Sales experience in real estate largely residential
- Experience of selling residential/commercial projects in Gurgaon essential
Location : Delhi NCR (Gurgaon)
Salary : Negotiable, not a limiting factor for the deserving candidate. Approx range of 20 lac+
