Hiring for Sales Head with our Real Estate Client based at Gujarat.

Role: Sales Head

Education: MBA - Marketing

Exp: 10-15 years

Age: 38-40 yrs

CTC: 35 L

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

- Person should have handled Real Estate Sales (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).

1. Heading the Sales and Leasing function for our Residential, Commercial as well as Industrial Real Estate.

2. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues customized to the various industries we are involved in.

3. Set yearly and monthly sales targets for the residential, commercial and industrial real estate based on our overall revenue targets for the year from the Real Estate vertical.

4. Lead the Sales team for the different verticals and train them to achieve their sales targets.

5. Keep regular track of the sale bookings done by the Sales team in terms of units sold, area of the properties sold (sq ft) and revenue generated through the sales and map them against the sales targets set at the beginning of the year.

6. Take corrective action in case the sales are lower than the set targets, by analyzing the reasons behind it.

7. Closely work with the Marketing team and pitch ideas together on how to increase the brand visibility of our residential units.

8. Co-ordinate with the Project team to ensure that the construction of the residential complex is within the planned timelines, so that we can honor the commitment made to our customers, with regards to timely hand over of our flats to them.

9. Tie-up with real estate agents and brokers to help increase our sales volume,

10. Keep track of the customer complaints and feedback and ensure their timely resolution. Also ensure that other customers do not face the same issues. In case the problems are not being resolved by the Sales executives, step-in to help resolve the issue.

11. Co-ordinate with the Project team to build strategies for the development of the various land parcels.

12. Keeping track of various conferences, events and exhibitions related to the Petrochemical, Petroleum and Chemical industries taking place across the country and participate in them to build networks.

13. Partnering with various International Property Consultants (IPCs) as well as agents to help in generating leads for our Industrial Parks.

14. Negotiate with interested clients and co-ordinate with the Legal team to formulate the various terms and conditions of the contract with the client.

15. Be in regular touch with the clients even after the deal closure to understand whether they are facing any issues and try to resolve them along with the CRM team.
