We have an opportunity with the start up Real Estate Firm for Chennai Location.

Role: Head - Sales

Land Banks of 300 acre. Prestige Group's Villa project off ECR, Mantri's Villa project off ECR, T.nagar Residency Towers and T.Nagar Saravana Stores are projects which have come on our lands sold to them.

Company is getting into Development, Construction and Marketing of Township Projects in all our Landholdings. Some of the projects are : Affordable Villas & Villa Plots at Chengalpattu near Mahindra City, Luxury Villas near Chrompet, Budget Housing & Budget Plots at Thirumalpur-Pallur, on Kanchipuram-Arakonam highway.

We are looking at three sales profiles at Senior Management Level with Grade of DGM and in a CTC range (fixed plus variable ) of 15 to 20 lacs. Their roles are as follows :

Retail Direct Sales: Handle Lead Generation, Telesales inbound and outbound department, Co-ordinate ATL and BTL campaign with Marketing Agency, Execute Outbound Lead Generation Activities etc. Deliver 100 Villa Plot Sales with Top line of 15 crores, 50 Affordable Villas with Topline of 15 crores for this Financial year. Manage a team of telesales and direct sales team.

Channel Sales: B to C . Handle DSA or DMA model with exclusive Channel Partners, Independent Financial Consultants, Co-operative Societies & Teachers Association etc. Deliver 50 Villa Plot Sales with Top line of 7.5 crores & 25 Affordable Villas with Topline of 7.5 crores in this financial year.

Corporate sales: B to B . Promoting our township as "Corporate ("TVS or MRF " )Employee Association Township " with Exclusive Land Area Allotment or Group Sales. Position is equivalent to Key Account Manager. Employees signup for group house booking backed by bank finance tie up. Signup IPC like JLL, Organized Broking firms like Prop Finder, HanuReddy. Etc. Deliver 50 Villa Plot Sales with Top line of 7.5 crores & 25 Affordable Villas with Topline of 7.5 crores in this financial year.
