Responsibilities:
- Managing sales for a real estate portfolio worth 50 billion INR comprising of different segment
- Driving a team of 4-5 highly motivated & experienced project heads (who are in turn leading a team of 4-5 sales managers on site) from varied backgrounds to deliver targeted topline
- Co-coordinating with top management & head of execution & marketing departments for delivery of requirements that drive sales
- Targeting traditional & new sales channels
- Strategically balance sales based on the portfolio's top-line/bottom-line/volume requirements & internal as well as external economic conditions
- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure
Required Qualification:
- MBA or PGDBM from top tier B-schools
- Minimum 15-17 years of experience in front-line roles
- FMCG/Consulting/telecom/client services background preferred
- Well-versed in current affairs with keen interest in lifestyle products & services
- Strong inter-personal skills
- High on innovation, enthusiasm & result-orientation
