Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue

- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats

- Work closely with the executive team to align sales strategies with business goals

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet their sales targets

- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Oversee the negotiation of major deals and contracts

- Develop and implement metrics to measure sales performance and productivity

- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies that drive sales

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and legal requirements

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 7 years in a senior sales management role

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market

- Recommended hiring from top real-estate firms

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

- Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
