Sales Head (Real Estate)
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving residential property sales strategy and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will lead a dynamic sales team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential sales process.

Location: Hyderabad, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets for residential properties, including houses and villas.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing: Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative marketing plans and strategies for large volume of High-end residential/commercial space.
- Handling Pre Sales and Post Sales
- Handling Sales Team and providing necessary training as and when required
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and pricing.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to property closing.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring favorable terms and closing deals effectively.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the executive team regarding sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry, with a focus on residential property sales.
- Should have expertise in selling luxury living space and ability to lead a team of young sales professionals to achieve the set targets
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Results-driven and committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
